The room was very clean and the lady at the front desk was so friendly and nice. Our room had a large flatscreen TV as well as a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave and air conditioner. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was quite budget for sure, but it was okay for our purposes and we weren't there long, so could put up with it. Wasn't as we expected, though. The fellow on the desk was quite out-of-it. He did give us a refund because something didn't work, which we appreciated. He was very nice, but... If you want to save money and don't mind 'budget', you will be okay.

Room was dirty. Shower wasn’t working. Someone’s old dirty sock was on the floor. Holes in the ceiling in the bathroom. Electrical tape used to keep sink from leaking. Pointed out the issue with the shower and response was that they would have someone come and fix it at 10 pm while we stayed in the room. We insisted on a new room and the first 3 had the same shower issue. 4th room shower worked. All rooms are in the same condition. Fridge in both rooms were dirty. A/c installation is sketchy. Small metal fragments were in the bedding in both rooms.

I booked online w Expedia listed as a 3 Star. I would say Not. I will not comment on the staff as that was not important but I will describe my room. From the lobby I walked up the stairs on workout carpet, past and out of order vending machine, to my room. I opened the door and noticed the carpet was even worse inside my room. I glanced up at the ceiling & saw an outlet where the smoke alarm should have been plugged in but was missing, I spotted it upside-down on the dresser. The bed was old and hard & belonged in an army base but thankfully I didn't see any signs of bedbugs. Matress, sheets, pillows & blankets were all well used & all showed signs of age. Further inspection revealed the room had not been vacuumed in who knows how long, w pieces of molding missing. The bathroom was clean but Very worn out. Multiple attempts repairs to the toilet seat, sink & bathtub were evident by different coloured paint used on each repair. The light fixture was missing 1 of 4 bulbs, 1 other was burnt out leaving only 2. The bathroom fan was turned on but not really moving any air. Minifridge clicked loudly on/off all night. Single pain windows did little to mask the noise of water hitting metal in the dumping ground outside my window. It sounded like it was raining inside or that water was dripping inside the room. During my 3 day stay I saw zero evidence of anyone coming in for housekeeping. I can't see how this place could be any more than 1 star in its current condition. 100% Honest

Our room looked over a junkyard. Very, very old establishment. Rugs, room furniture, our tv was basically on the floor. Beds were comfortable.

Quite run down and the staff at check were not helpful. Two beds in the room. One very saggy and the other was hard as a rock. Shower head was very low and my husband was taller than the level. Coffee make took “forever” to brew a pot. One thing that was was very good was the the quality of the towels - very soft!
