「We had cockroaches in the room」

「Good stay at Port Blair」

「Decent hotel location, very good service. But room window didn’t open」

「Overall, the stay was good and the hotel is a nice place to stay. We tried both the veg and non-veg lunch thali at ITC, and both were very good. However, there were a couple of disappointing aspects. During checkout, no staff came to assist us with the luggage even after we waited for around 10 minutes, so we had to manage it ourselves. The morning breakfast buffet was also quite disappointing. Most of the food seemed to have been prepared or kept out for some time, and almost everything we...

「Staff was extremely courteous, polite and helpful, place was clean and well maintained. 」

「clean rooms good staff definitely not scammers」

「The facility was very sweet, they packed us breakfast at 6am since we had a flight to board.」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. The location couldn't have been more convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the airport, which made our travel so much easier. The room was spotless, the bedsheets were fresh and clean, and everything was well maintained. The host was warm, kind, and made us feel right at home. 「Hotelli yllätti positiivisesti! Henkilökunta avulias ja ystävällistä. Huone oli siisti ja mukava, ei pahoja hajuja. Huone palvelu toimi hyvin ja ruoka oli hyvää! Olisin valmis majoittumaan uudestaan! :)」

「What we did not like was that the hotel looked good on the expedia website but the reality was very different. The entrance was very depressing and at night was not lit at all. You needed a torch to find your way. Room was big but was not very clean. We even had an additional guest. A cockroach! The hotel is overpriced for what it provides.」

「The rooms was big enough, comfortable and everything was clean. The owner was very nice and helped us with everything we need. 」

「Good property. Very near to airport. Very affordable . No negatives 」

「Mine booking was cancelled by hotel a prior day to checkin. I was not informed or asked before cancellation and at 2 am in morning when I was deep sleeping, I received call from hotel.com and told that my booking is cancelled. Hence 1st worst was the cancellation of booking by hotel at last moment and 2nd is the customer care of Expedia or hotel.com who waste your time by pulling you in long calls and ultimately with no resolution. I will advise to book through better competitors like MakeMyTrip...
