The property was absolutely fantastic. Everything was wonderful. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes and pots and pans you could ever need. The management company even called to check on us during our stay and to see if we needed anything. The view from decks were stunning. We would definitely stay there again

Wonderful home and great location!

We had high expectations for this property and we were not disappointed. The home is beautiful and well laid out with wonderful amenities. The kitchen upstairs was my dream kitchen and having a second kitchen on the mezzanine level was very convenient. We would highly recommend this home to anyone who needs a home for a larger family. I would not hesitate to book this property again.

AMAZING!

The “Feeling TipSea” beach house offered an excellent view that became the backdrop of our wonderful weekend getaway with friends and family! The location is perfect, only a few yards away from the beach and the house itself was clean, comfortable and cozy. For me, the true gem of this beach house was the giant porch! The porch’s spacious layout was perfect! Everyone had a spot to enjoy the beautiful view, salty air and breezy beach winds while sharing stories and creating memories without ever feeling overcrowded. I can’t wait to go back again soon!

Great memories made!!

Thank you very much for allowing us to enjoy your property. everybody had such a great time adults and children. From searching for seashells, to jumping through the waves, and And soaking up the rays. We got great nights of sleep the property had everything we needed air conditioning is fantastic. We were just so happy with everything thank you again. I do recommend staying at this house for large family gatherings.. 5star.

We loved it

The house is in a perfect location, while it’s on the 2nd street away from the beach, it’s actually on the beach (because there’s no properties between you and the waterfront). The view is amazing, the house is very clean with plenty of outdoor entertainment area. The kitchen is huge, and has all the amenities one could need for a gathering. The Master bedroom/bath is nothing short of amazing, especially the large shower, and garden tub. I couldn’t find a single fault other than the check in/check out time, I would like an earlier check in, later check out time, to truly enjoy the space. Otherwise, we look forward to going back in the future.

Great house, great renter!!!

We found ourselves in a position where we were scammed by another listing on a popular site. We got to Crystal Beach with 18 people and did not have a house. A waitress at Tia Jaunita’s made some calls and someone showed up to help. She put us in touch with the owner of this house. They were all so very kind and we ended up with the house “Feeling Tipsea” and it was perfect. The house is in a great location and is absolutely beautiful. The house was well thought out for sleeping a large amount of people comfortable. The host is amazing!!! We will only use this host when we return each year!

We found ourselves in a pickle when we got scammed out the house we rented. While at a local restaurant, when mentioning our issue these folks were recommended and subsequently contacted. They came to the restaurant, talked to us, helped us get into this new house, checked on us while there and they were just amazing! The house is very large and beautiful kitchen area. Very comfortable beds with lots of storage at each bed pod. The house was immaculately clean. Amazing decks with huge bar area. Comfortable chairs were plentiful and the beach view was a highlight. The beach is right there within a hundred yards of the house. People watching was on point. We loved this house. We plan to rent again the next time we visit the area. Thank you again for the hospitality and last minute arrangements for our group of 14. God bless!

THE Property to Stay At that does NOT disappoint

Feeling Tipsea had us from arrival. From the unobstructed view, the amenities, to the location of the beach, the property did not disappoint; it surpassed all expectations. This modern take on a seaside getaway felt like a home away from home. The only disappointment was having to leave. The HTH was attentive, accommodating and helpful. We had all the necessary information to check into the property well in advance and were checked on regularly to ensure our stay was going well. WE WILL BE BACK

Very pleased!

I was very pleased. I have never rented a beach house (or condo or anything-I’m a hotel person (room service, maid, valet) ) but I have to say I am so happy I did. The house was spotless! I couldn’t even find a burned-out lightbulb. There is nothing to pack but your swimsuit and camera. This was a great experience!
