The outside of the cabin looked nothing like the picture online. The cabin hadn't been painted in a while, the outside refrigerator was rusted, we couldn't get the hot tub to work, the swing downstairs didn't have a back cushion and the ping pong table didn't have a net. The A/C unit downstairs went out on Friday and they sent an A/C guy out on Saturday afternoon and then he couldn't fix it. They offered to move us to another cabin Saturday afternoon, but it would have taken a few hours to pack everything up and then we were leaving the next morning. I asked about portable A/C units but they didn't have any. They only refunded me one nights rate.

Disappointed- Online pictures are deceitful

The Seahaven house was not a sea haven. The pictures online look very different than what you actually get. This felt like a “Temu” purchase. I’m sure this place was really nice at one time, but Bolivar Vacation Rentals needs to update the photos, maintain this property better, or lower the price! The home should be pet friendly, especially since it smelled like animal urine despite the “no animal policy” There was trash and old scrub daddies all around the hot tub and a dirty scrub daddy inside the hot tub when we arrived. The location is in a great spot and we made the best of it. -Fire pit unusable due to all of the weeds and grass covering the area. -Outdoor refrigerator rusted and not working. (Doors wide open when we arrived) -Outdoor table tennis missing paddles and balls-Indoor air hockey table missing pucks and -paddles-kids games missing pieces -No extra blankets inside -One towel per person provided -Stains on towels-Blood stain on walls near light switch
