close to the beach
The house was fine, and quite clean. Very close to the beach, just 3 driveways away. The beds were comfortable. The Wi-Fi didn't work when we got there, but was fixed fairly quickly. Locking the front door when you leave the house takes a little time to figure out. The dishes, utensils and cutlery were filthy. Luckily we have learned to run everything in the dishwasher the second we arrive. The kitchen light was out, but there was plenty of "mood" lighting. The TV was bad, but most people probably don't count on that when they are at the beach. There were only a couple of channels that weren't pixilated. We are senior citizens and like to watch the news morning and night. The stairs to the house were a challenge with our old knees, but to be expected. A good affordable place to spend a quick get away.

Very close to the water
Vacasa the property management wasn’t great. The door lock doesn’t work!! Beautiful location though and the house itself was great. No condiments or seasonings in the house at all, not even salt or pepper. (FYI)

We loved sitting on the porch and watching the waves come in. It was very relaxing and a very short walk the beach.

Amazing House and Location
We had a phenomenal time here, it was literally steps from the beach and we could spend hours on the porch watching and listening to the waves. The house was super clean and just as advertised, we loved the quirky charms of it. The only issue had was a very confusing check-in email that provided a door code but in the same paragraph said that the smartlock didn't work and to retrieve a key from a lockbox. That caused some minor panic on arrival but the door code worked after all and we had no more issues. The property rental company was reasonably prompt in responding. Wonderful stay and we would DEFINITELY come back.

This was really disappointing. The pictures make this to look like a cute place. The smoke smell is overwhelming. There is so much dust on the upholstered furniture, base boards, blinds, air filter and walls that you can see it. It is literally hazard to ones health. My sister had to do repeat breathing treatments. We opened windows for several hours, but it didn't help. When we made management aware, Gina did not offer an apology but was accusatory. We left and had to stay at a hotel. Now we are out money for this AND a hotel.

Good location
The property is a good location to the beach. You can view the beach from the patio. The interior was a little dated, but functional. Be sure to bring your own chairs and beach gear. Nothing provided.

It's a great property but the management is not local. We reported a small issue and were supposed to hear from someone local and were never contacted.
