Beautiful newer constructed condo on the banks of the Mississippi river. Enjoy spectacular views of river life including bald eagle watching and river boat activity from inside or outside on the covered deck. Comfortable beds with luxurious linens await your stay along with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Plenty of restaurants, sports bars, and taverns within walking distance. Popular 18 hole golf course and simulator only minutes away. Only a 15 minute drive to the popular Bett Plex Sports Complex in Bettendorf Iowa, 10 minute drive to LeClaire, and 20 minute drive to the Quad Cities make this destination the perfect getaway! Coming by boat? City dock is right behind the property. Bike path directly behind property so bring your bicycles. Owners are on site so a worry free stay is ready for you!

We had a wonderful time. The views are spectacular. While we were there a barge went down the river. It was interesting to see how they handled them. We were wondering about the parking on the street with all the businesses around there, but we did not have a problem. Even though we were there for the weekend and it looked like the businesses were busy it was still very quiet. We would like to return when the weather is warmer.

The condo is perfect for our mother-daughter weekend. It was close to all the antique shops we wanted to visit while in the area. Condo is super clean, the deck over looking the river was beautiful. Great communication and easy check in/check out processes.

Beautiful location, great view, perfect location! The host is one of the nicest people as well! We will 1000% be back! One incredibly small thing I would change is putting up a blind or wall in between the duplexes. Other than that suggestion it was the most perfect stay!

I loved everything about this place. The only minuscule downsides were: the beautiful coffee table that is in the shape of a helm will take your shins out if you’re not careful. #2: In the bedrooms there are two small windows above the main windows that do not get covered by the curtains, so once that sun is up daylight is greeting you 😅 other than that the hosts were amazing. Thank you so much!

Great adorable apartment

Cute, adorable apartment right on the Mississippi River. Apartment came fully equipped, from garbage bags and paper towels to a fully stocked kitchen. The apartment was roomy, super clean and very comfortable to stay in. I was working in the area with 3 other people and we all comfortably shared the apartment for a month. All of us loved the apartment and were happy with the accommodations. The owner was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of, whenever we called with questions he answered right away. Our friends rented the apartment next door and they had a great experience also. None of us have anything negative to say, only great positive things

Great Place

The Riverboat Paradise suite was a perfect meeting spot for my sisters and I. It had all the needed amenities, but the real selling point was the beautiful view! Noise from the business downstairs does come through the floors, but with the provided white noise machines, it didn't bother us. Overall, we would stay there again and recommend it to others.

It was a beautifully decorated condo! My bad for reading it was "upstairs" but not asking questions. My husband & I are in our mid-seventies & when we opened the door to go upstairs we saw it was REALLY upstairs. 20 steep steps to the door of the condo that were quite daunting to carry our luggage up. I have had 2 knee replacements & can do stairs but these were difficult. We also both have cpap machines & there was only one bedside table & lamp & had we not brought extension cords we would have had trouble getting plugged in. We loved being able to walk around the town to dinner and drinks and then dessert! There were millions (literally!!) of no-see-ums (small biting bugs) outside on our deck at night & we weren't able to sit out & enjoy it. I think all previous renters of this lovely condo were YOUNG!!! We would not rent it again, as lovely as the town is & the condo itself because of accessibility.

So cute!

Loved this place so much! A friend and I did a girls weekend. I love the vibe with bar below and all the people hanging outside when we were on the deck having some cocktails. The view of the river off the deck was beautiful and relaxing. I love that both bedrooms had their own tvs and ceiling fans. I also appreciated the noise machines. It was a nice touch you don’t normally see. The only thing we were missing was a full length mirror.

Relaxing

Very much needed relaxing weekend away. Location was great, right on the water and within walking distance of food/bar/gas station. Even a walking, running, bike path right by. Great space in which we were able to cook, watch TV, sleep in and have coffee on the porch. Would definitely stay again.

Very cool, chill, peaceful place. Great atmosphere and drinks downstairs at the bar. There is food all on this Main Street. Just bring some comfy clothes and relax. Great little town and locals are all welcoming. The hosts, here, are fantastic, providing everything you need to enjoy everyday of your stay.

Just a Really Nice Place To Stay

Super cool, super clean, great location in a super cute area! We had a GREAT time on our relaxing weekend getaway. Being right on the riverfront with a great view through the front windows was pretty great. The bar/coffee house downstairs was fun. :) We're pickleball players, and there were a number of great options nearby. We went to Riverside Park and it was a really nice place to play. Great weather that day too! There were great food options nearby as well. I was super impressed with how clean the place was. It was just a REALLY nice stay and we'd recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice weekend getaway. A+++ for the Ebay folks. :)
