This house has more amenities than you can imagine. Private 45' dock with 30' available for mooring up to 40' boat. 10K lbs. lift set up for 2 jet skis subject to approval.

A designer infinity pool with attached cascading hot tub is on the main floor level just outside the kitchen and living room. The pool controls have automation that controls many features for lighting and waterfalls, it also allows the owner remote access to aid you in getting it setup to meet your needs. The large pool area is covered by a screened in lanai, containing an outdoor kitchen counter and sink, grill, two large dining tables with plenty of seating and lounge chairs. There is also a high-performance heater to heat both the hot tub and the pool.

Open floor plan with full height glass sliding doors extending almost the full width of the house with views overlooking the water. Gourmet kitchen with top end appliances, furnished with an abundant amount of dishes, glasses, cutlery and cookware. There is a unique glass enclosed indoor/outdoor room that can be connected as part of the house or part of the outdoor pool area or left completely open.

The home is furnished with everything you need for family fun. With towels for both beach & bath, linens, shampoo, soaps, hair dryers, laundry supplies, spices, coffee, beach chairs & umbrellas and much more. We suggest you pack light & come see what's there before you go shopping.

This easily accommodates your guest with plenty of space; Main floor has 3 private bedrooms plus 1 semiprivate bedroom. Two have on-suite full baths, and there is one additional full bath with a steam sauna shower. The master suite contains double walk-in shower, Jacuzzi tub, double vanities, walk in closet and a 65" large screen high-def smart TV. There is also a 75" large screen high-def smart TV in the living room.

2nd story suite has seating area with a 3rd large screen 65" high-def smart TV, a kitchenette, 2 burner range, mini fridge, patio balcony and sleeps up to 5 people. There is also a 4th full bath with large walk-in shower located in the suite.

Guest have access to the entire home except 1 locked closet for owner supplies. There is a large laundry room with washer, dryer, built in ironing board, and stationary tub.

Have more water fun with 2 kayaks & paddles. 1-tandem kayak for two people & 1-single kayak. There is also 1-paddle board large enough for two people. Great fun exploring the area canals and open water.

There are 4 security cameras in the public areas and outdoors. These are here for monitoring the home when vacant. You can disable them during your stay using the wall switches marked "camera" or a cord switches. Please connect them again before leaving. There is also a home automation for entry that will allow you access to the home, using your own private code during your scheduled stay. You will receive an email 1 to 2 weeks prior to check in containing lots of information and videos on how things work.
