Escape to this wonderful 2-bedroom mobile home in Port Charlotte. Enjoy amenities such as lg. pool, hot tub, tennis, pickleball, basketball, billiards room, and weekly activities. Unit sleeps 4 people, has AC/heat, gas cooking, microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer and all linens/towels. Full kitchen, dishes, pans, utensils. Conveniently located 10 minutes from the Spring Rays Training Camp, Twisted Fork Restaurant with outdoor entertainment and every chain restaurant there is along with a Target and Walmart on every other corner! Best part is you are surrounded by beaches a few minutes away. To come home to a quaint park where everyone is friendly and neighborly when you need a hand. $300 pet fee for one pet only. $150 Cleaning Fee. Long term or short term rental times available. We proudly offer 10% off for veterans and first responders as a thank you for your service It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.
