Great week stay

The house was beautiful and very clean. The pool was warm and relaxing. Beds are comfy. Owners are quick to respond and tske care of any issues. Neighborhood is very quiet. We will definitely be back.

Fan needed. But very comfortable house

The house was nice. Big and comfortable. A little mix of styles. The pool table in the garage was damaged and when hitting a ball all rolled back to center. So that was not fun. But the pool was nice, it was deep and large enough to all enjoy. The fan in the porch only had one speed sloooooow. Not enjoyable in Florida's summer. The pool lools like it needs some tile repair on the inside. Again house was so comfortable and owner left some pool toys, beach items and bikes available.

Beautiful home. Super clean, plenty of towels, linens, pots and pans. Check in and check out was very easy. Gorgeous pool and waterfront, very peaceful. Had a great relaxing time. We will be back. Love this house and neighborhood.

Great home away from home!

Everything about this place was great. The location on the canal was beautiful and the pool was just what we needed to beat the heat. Close to everything we enjoy about the area. Would book again!

Great Vacation Home!

Really beautiful home. My daughter had an amazing time swimming each morning and my fiancé loved being able to slip his kayak into the waterway behind the house. We had a great vacation!

Tranquility

This is our second time to stay here! We love the house and pool and the canal in the back. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood n a great location. The house is clean and comfortable! Highly recommend staying here!

Spacious lovely home.

Great place to stay. Quiet area, close to stores (5 Minutes), close to beach (10-15 min). The home was relaxing, the pool for us was heated and lovely. The house had knats. We just kept everything put away and placed trash can in garage. Master bed was flat on the ends. 2nd bedroom had great beds. Beautiful home at a reasonable price. Fun with bikes. Pool table lopsided.

Plenty of rest and relaxation

This is a beautiful home, clean and well-equipped for a long-term stay. The lanai and pool are spacious and inviting. The heated pool in February was perfect! The house is located along a canal in a quiet and peaceful area. Ideal for a vacation filled with rest and relaxation.

Absolutely loved staying at this property! Felt like home :) We rented this house for our vacation, and we spent half of our time there just swimming in the pool. House is exactly as pictured.... has a pool table/ping pong in the garage, and Mike was easy to contact as needed. We felt safe, it was quiet, clean, and perfect for our getaway. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Very pleased.

We had a wonderful time, it was clean and neat. The location is is good, about fifteen minutes to the center of Port Charlotte or the beaches. The one thing that concerned me was the pool not being heated but, it was warmer than the pool we left in Cape Coral that was heated.
