"A room safe was listed but it did not work. Two other rooms were offered, but the safes did not work in them either. If they do not work, they should not be listed as an amenity. The microwave, dated 1991, did not have a turntable but did work okay. The room thermostat needed a battery. Curtains looked rough or tied in knots in the hall. The rear outdoor premise had 2 mattresses stored outdoors, a trailer with a flat tire and other materials that should be disposed of. The staff were fine-courteous. Requested a no pet room which was appreciated. "

"There were many bugs found in the room. Our room got changed on different floor that room had many bugs as well. "

"Room was spotless. Bathroom is one of the cleanest hotel bathrooms I’ve seen in a while locally. Towels are nice and soft. Just wish it had a tub. Common areas were clean and comfortable. Staff and other guests were polite and friendly. Bottled water was much appreciated. Breakfast was decent. Waffles were good. Produce looked nice. Eggs were good. But food could have been warmer. Pool was nice and clean but the water could be warmer. Comfy pool chairs. Tons of towels. Pool room was clean, nice and warm, comfortable and had a good choice of music playing. Will stay again. "

"Parking lot was a trash dump ,I could tell the all the trash outside was there over a month by the condition of the cigarette butts and paper products. I know we were not staying in the best part of town but there is no reason one person could not spend 1 to 2 hours a day picking up trash. I was there for 2 days and did not see any attempt to clean the outside up. it was pretty disgusting. the first thing a guest should see is not a trashy parking lot and front entrance. "
