「I had a good stay at this hotel, which has an excellent location close to Born, all the shops, art galleries, and is very easy to walk all around Palma from. The lobby area is very small and the entrance way to the lifts is rather small and cramped, so can get crowded with people coming down the stairs or out of the lifts/people waiting for the lifts. 「Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders an der Rezeption wurde ich sehr herzlich empfangen und immer freundlich behandelt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt, und das Essen hat ebenfalls sehr lecker geschmeckt. Man hat sich einfach rundum wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team für den tollen Service und die schöne Zeit. Ich komme gerne wieder!」
