This hidden gem of a property is located only a stones throw from Port Fairy's East Beach. This gorgeously renovated 2 bedroom home features polished floorboards with clean crisp finishing throughout.Its modernized kitchen gives you room to cook and the ease of a dishwasher for the clear up.

Begin your day on the decking enjoying a hot cup of coffee as the world wakes up. During the summer while away the hours on the sand, take a couple of surfing lessons or sign the kids up to Nippers. Malseeds is a an easy dash home for lunch or an afternoon nap, after all if you are on holiday why would you not?

Perfect whatever the season, Malseeds is just as good in the winter. Grab a coffee from Charlies on East and find time for you. Stroll along the beach hunting sea shells thrown up by the winter waves, watch the ever-changing mood of the sky and maybe even grab a glimpse of the migrating South Right Whales

Malseeds is in the perfect location for a Port Fairy holiday.

Excellent location, unit a little tired

The unit was excellently located, easy to find. As we are beach people we appreciated the location. But the unit is a little tired, paint peeling off the outside, the front screen door wouldn't lock and the back door wouldn't open at all. Thought it was maybe a bit pricey for the age of the unit.

Port Fairy Getaway

Lovely and clean inside and rooms spacious. Windows should have been cleaned as gave a dirty feel to the whole place. Disappointing kitchen window was frosted. Front entrance needs an update as uninviting but overall enjoyable and would stay again.

Spotless unit in a great location

Great location next to the beach with a cafe and great fish and chips within a couple of minutes walk. Spotlessly clean. Kitchen had everything you would need. Furniture a bit dated but more than adequate and as in the photos. No central heating but the gas heater downstairs warmed the place up really quickly and there were electric blankets on double bed

Convenient and comfortable

I stayed here for a few nights visiting Port Fairy. The property is east of the Moyne River and very conveniently located with the beach 1 minute away and a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. The property is a bit older on the outside but has been significantly renovated inside. It was very clean and comfortable inside with modern facilities and was really well equipped. The property managers were really helpful in terms of instructions and even left a map of the town and area to use which was great. I really enjoyed my stay here - thank you!

Modern and comfortable look

While the outside of the property is a little old looking, the inside is very modern and well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking pots etc and utensils. The property has East Beach to its right hand side only a few blocks away. Which is a great location to the beach and into the Main Street. The only thing the property didn’t have was an air conditioner.
