“Clean, friendly staff and quiet. The room was extra hot and the ac wasn’t the best, its green hotel using solar panels tho. Multiple guests I met had the same complaint, but all in all a great stay.”

“I went for a solo trip to Panama City Beach for the weekend, I booked the weekend here and overall it was great. The staff was nice and helpful, parking was very convenient, amenities was really good. The room was great, but my only concern was it was hair on floor in the bathroom before I came to stay from a previous guest. Overall, my stay was wonderful. I had no problems. I'll definitely book here again.”

“Same staff as when we came for the 4th of July last year—in the hospitality industry in the panhandle, that is saying a lot. Property was basically in the same condition. Food and amenities were great. We will continue to be back. Love this location.”

“Our room had NOT been cleaned! We got 2 rooms, they separated our rooms so my husband and I separated and he took 3 and I took 3 we all ended up in one room bc our rooms was so dirty! Front desk lady was helpful she took my photos and said she would request refund but none had been refunded”

“We stayed here for 3 nights. We had a King suite, so a separate bedroom from family room. The TV in our bedroom never worked. The drawer in the dresser wouldn’t stay closed. Our toilet leaked a lot. Walls around pictures were dirty. The property is old and needs to be better maintained. However, the staff, including during breakfast, was always wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast was really good as well.”

“It was a great visit, starting at check in. It was fast and easy. The lady who checked me in (didn't get her name) was awesome. In addition to the check in she was able to help me with a number of things such as identifying the closest Catholic Church. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, professional and polite. The breakfast, although choices were limited, was good. I was interested in eggs and sausage or bacon w\and they offered those on a rotating basis. The room was clean and……

“It started out we got there early and was unable to check in which is OK but was told they would call us and never did. When I returned after 4 there were 3 other people there that was told the exact same thing but did not happen. When we got into the room it was very hot and had a foul odor. There was black mode noted on the ceilings. We were on the 1st floor and could walk directly outside and when we did there was broken glass just outside our room. We never saw staff to be able to tell them……
