I think the room offered to me had not been used by other guests for quite some time. so there are some dirts in the 🛀 bathtub. they have shower room and the tub. one comes with shower gel (blue color one) but the other comes with a transparent one, which, be frank, i cannot be sure if that is shampoo? or all-in-one😅

Didn’t like the extremely noisy parties they have every weekend . Didn’t like that the air condition was erratic. Didn’t like that they advertise shuttle boat service that they never offered. Didn’t like that the mobile devices didn’t charge properly . Didn’t like the limited ala carte menue they offered. They room rates are exorbitant but they pale beside their sister hotel which is not much more rate wise.

We were only there 1 night. A cyclone had come through the area a few days before we arrived and had done considerable damage . Inspite of that our stay was excellant....staff great....food great.....breakfast buffet wonderful. Would recommed.

Looking very tired
Rates alga be doubled since my visit last year. So certainly not value for money. Hotel is tired- rooms and particularly the bathrooms look 20 years old. At check in, was told to wait 5 minutes while they check the room. Surely the room was checked before. Even after the check somebodies old dirty sock was under the bed and a used plastic water bottle. Location is convenient for meetings in the city. Took ferry to waterfront in evening. When I returned it was not operating, so had to walk back along road in the dark. I have been staying at this hotel for last few years, but think I need to find somewhere a bit fresher and better value.

Nice relaxed hotel with a water taxi over to the shops ….this runs back and forth till 11pm ….breakfast is ok …coffee good ….limited fruit ….staff are friendly ..our room looked out over the harbour.

Die Unterkunft und das Hotel waren ganz ok. Was mangelt ist der Service am Pool es fehlen Handtücher man muss erst rumrennen um welche zu bekommen. Ja und dann die Sauberkeit, es wird zwar irgendwie denn ganzen Tag sauber gemacht aber.! Die super Lage am Hafen wir eigentlich durch den ganzen Dreck der im Wasser vor dem Hotel schwimmt wieder weg gemacht. Es fährt zwar den ganzen Tag ein kleines Boot für den Transport der Gäste von einer Seite zur anderen aber den Müll im Wasser interessiert niemanden. Ich habs sogar mal angesprochen aber wie schon gesagt es interessiert nicht. Du sitzt beim Frühstück oder zum entspannen auf der Hotelterrasse und alles schwimmt vor deiner Nase vorbei. Ja das Personal, die sind echt super freundlich. Da kannst echt nichts sagen.

I loved it

As being repeatedly overcharged by staff, there was some sort of bug in my bedsheets - I think it could have been a bedbug as I have never known such an intensity of bites, the front of staff told me that it was in fact ants. There was no kind of apology at all for the inconvenience that caused and then significant impact that that number of bites had on the rest of my holiday/

The photos of the hotel do not match to reality. I was surprised when i didn't find a beach and pool was very small🙈 if you want yo go the beach you have to take taxi and go very far from this area. But i am very grateful to the staff for the late check out as my flight was very late. I am very grateful for all the help they gave me!
