Unclean upon arrival - cleaners came and cleaned after we arrived

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, the unit had not been cleaned. The beds had obviously been slept in, towels thrown on the bathroom floors and rubbish in in the apartment. The apartment does not have ceiling fans or air con, so got very very hot (yes I know it is summer)
