A lovely spacious studio
A lovely spacious studio, good for a couple and older pets. Full privacy, even though the owners are next door with their cute daschund. The back deck/ balcony is great with a view of the river. Just need to exclude the private swimming pool from the listed amenities as it’s not really included.

knifes were blunt and no sharpers.No baking trays
All good .How ever ,the sand flies made it difficult at low tide outside ,esp.in the evening.Bring your aerosol repellant.All dog owners say hello to Pickles ,next door.He is a young sausage dog with blue eyes.He loves a run and a play.

Comfortable studio flat good location
We found Studio Fran very comfortable and easy to stay in for our week in Port Macquarie. Access to driveway and through to flat was no problem. The studio itself was very comfortable. Bed comfy, easy to heat/cool, plenty of space to prepare food in the kitchen. Bathroom has ample room and decent shower. The deck out the back was a lovely spot to sit in the afternoon sun. It was a quick drive to shopping centre or town centre. SO MANY good cafes and restaurants! Property manager was quick and responsive when assistance was required.

Great location but with some improvements needed
Great views and enjoyed the outdoor kitchen facilities. Lovely indoor kitchen that is well equipped. Wonderful that it was pet friendly as we were able to bring our 4 yr old labradoodle. Bathroom is old and dated but clean. Although it would have been nice if the water pressure was stronger. One improvement would have been to change out the stained beige carpet to tiles or wooden floors. The carpet stains made the place look less clean and was not good for my hay fever and allergies.

Waterfront bliss
Well organised and simple check in. A great deck on the canal and a comfortable studio apartment. Having your own boat tied up at the dock was so good you just have to catch your own seafood

Quiet apartment and good value
We really enjoyed Studio Fran. We were there for five nights with our kayaks so it is a perfect place for that. You leave the kayaks under the deck and just pull them out on to the water. The outdoor deck has a nice aspect. Great bed and well stocked kitchen. The bathroom was quite dated but everything was very clean. It is extremely quiet at the end of a cul de sac. We took our own supplies but the Settlement City shopping centre is very close. Our only issue was how dark it is inside so that you need the lights on but we were out a lot during the day so not a big deal. It can be difficult to find a holiday rental place just for two and priced accordingly so this was a good find.

Beautiful studio apartment right on the quiet canals of Port Macquarie. A perfect getaway for relaxing- just sit on the back deck and take in the scenery, or try your luck at fishing off the jetty. Dog friendly for dogs that love a swim! The apartment was clean and all necessities provided. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. Unfortunately there were likely bed bugs which left us covered in itchy bites, but we still enjoyed our stay and hopefully can make it back some day!

Beautiful getaway
Loved the location of this studio, right in front of the water, peaceful neighborhood and can’t hear any noise inside. Property was well stocked with essentials and beautifully arranged. The weather was great so we were able to enjoy the outdoors! Thanks for the beautiful stay!
