「Beware! Upon check in we immediately noticed a musty smell. Many surfaces in home were dusty and had been not cleaned. The home had water damage in the master bathroom with wood paneling coming off the wall and we found curtains with numerous large stains and broken loose tiles in the dining room. The downstairs bedroom smelled of water damage and had wood paneling coming off the wall. We found dead bugs in the showers and sinks. The refrigerator was dirty. We found droppings in the kitchen...

「Great set up for fishing place! Caught some trout and gaf top. Quick access to bait shop and by boat to Laguna Madre. Problem we had was a strong southeast wind and the front door on south side would not lock. We just put a chair in front of it. Unfortunately, the dishwasher wasn't working so I kept busy. Had an ant problem from around the stove, but we had some spray to fix that while we were there.」

「Host had great communication and made it easy for me and friends to come down for our yearly fishing/hunting trip! 」

「From sunrise to sunset this view from the porch and living areas did not disappoint! Spectacular! This home is accommodating for 3 separate families with 3 separate bedrooms and baths. Everyone enjoyed fishing from the pier and swimming in the pool. Fun time!」

「Great location and perfect home for a large family. Fairly clean only exception would be the Mold growing on ceiling and walls in downstairs bathroom. Likely from being closed up and lack of circulation. Several of the sinks and shower drains running slow and seemed clogged. Other than that everything good! Easy to access and property management company easy to reach and quick with responses.」
