The property and service were great for the price the only negative was the beds were not very comfortable.

The only thing that is wrong with the property is that it has that stuffy smell to it, and since it’s right on the ocean, you can’t help that. Great place to stay if you’re going fishing. Cheap during lower season. Definitely recommend.

The room was very clean and check in was easy. The office is not open until 10am every morning, but I believe there is a # to call for emergency. No coffee or continental breakfast of any sort, just an ice machine and vending machine. Pool is very nice and clean, A/C worked great.

We had read several bad reviews for this property, so I was apprehensive. It wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t the worst. The location was good, but to me it was highly priced. If a house rental would have been available, we would have opted for that, since the price would have been similar, but there were none available. We booked through Expedia, making sure it was pet friendly. When we arrived, we were charged an extra $20 per pet/per day. Had we known this we could/would probably have boarded our pets and stayed somewhere nicer and cheaper. Pros: location, convenience, ice abundance, pool, availability. Cons: price, lack of cleanliness (there is maid service daily-it was decent, but I don’t think they ever sweep/mop the floors) I did check for bed bugs upon arrival (read that in a bad review) and there were none…or any bugs seen for that matter.
