「Quiet, safe close to the city」

「Beautiful and quiet property. The owners were very friendly and hospitable. They communicated well prior to my arrival and upon my arrival. Quick pick-up from the airport. Good options for breakfast. I would definitley stay there again. 」

「This was absolutely THE WORST accommodation I have ever booked via Expedia. Immediately upon arrival it became very clear that the information included on the booking page and the actual lodging arrangements were STRIKINGLY different. The room was dirty and infested with spiders and mosquitos. We sprayed our room down with bug repellent each night, including the actual beds. There was no key hole on the door AND the lock was broken. It was also clear that the door had been jimmied in the past as...

「I reserved a room, but when I arrived there, I discovered the nasty surprise, the guest house was closed for renovation, so despite the booking confirmation, I found myself looking for new accommodation in a foreign country I was visiting for the first time .」

「The borders were close due to Covid 19 the air line refunded my nonrefundable flight HOWEVER this hotel did not want to offer me a credit for a later stay WHEN PEOPLE WERE FREE TO ENTER THE COUNTRY.
