不滿:整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
The borders were close due to Covid 19 the air line refunded my nonrefundable flight HOWEVER this hotel did not want to offer me a credit for a later stay WHEN PEOPLE WERE FREE TO ENTER THE COUNTRY. Although I was not asking for my money back. I think this was very dishonest. I will never recommend this place to anyone. however I will be in Trinidad as soon as I can.. DO not stay here I only booked because during the Carnival you don't really stay inside just change and go.
