Like: Everything was ok. I want to mention the professionalism of Dorothea, the hotel Reception Supervisor and Svetla in charge with Guest Relations. The two guys from the Grifid Barista Coffe Shop are really good at what they are doing as well.
Did not like: dinning room rules, regarding men having to wear long trousers for dinner. Very short lunch time 12:30 - 14:00. The hotel's private beach is small. Compared to the number of rooms of the hotel, the necessary number of sunbeds is not even close. In top of that, there are people there who are not Grifid quest. Nobody cares.The beach management is inexistent.
