Everything was fine with two exceptions. We were on the second floor and there is a gas heating pit down below our room. Other guests were very loud up until 11:00. We had to call. Also the phone in the room did not work and we had to call the front desk with our cell. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Our room had sticky spots on the carpet. I managed to get one out by scrubbing with a baby wipe, but the one by the kitchen, i didnt bother with. Its not my responsibility to ensure the room is clean before guests check in. While the majority of the hotel was clean, it was upsetting to see the guy staying across the hall from us put out some garbage, and it was not picked up for 3 days. Staff was ok, breakfast staff never seemed happy.

Very nice, spacious, and clean. YouTube and Netflix you could sign into and out of. Amazon prime would have been nice for the black Friday game. Quick ice in the freezer. Plenty of plus and USB-A ports.

Great Hotel in PSL
Love the Studio apartment style rooms, it has everything you need. Clean hotel, clean rooms, comfy beds, good breakfast, friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again

Amazing Hotel
After staying at alot of different hotels in Port St Lucie I can say that pretty much everything about this hotel is on point.... Friendly staff. Clean rooms with a nice layout and lots a space. Good breakfast. Ive been to alot of other hotels lately and its always so noisy while in my room, well notnhere at Residence, it was super quiet and relaxing... will definitely be staying here again!

Decent room but horrible breakfast
Overall is was a good stay. The air conditioning could work a little better and the breakfast was really bad. I didn’t stay there because they give you breakfast but tried it and couldn’t eat it and the worst coffee I ever had.

The hotel is very nice , and also the staff but during the night it seemed somene was smoking and for all the smoking inside my room , even if you turn off the ac , it keeps running , other than that it was good but the smoke was at some point unbearable

Absolutely Will Stay Here Again
My husband, two kids, and I stayed here while we did some sight-seeing. Everything about this stay was amazing. We stay in a corner 1-room suite. It was clean and all of the appliances worked and were up to date. The pool area was well-maintained. The breakfast was hot and the lovely lady re-stocking the items was on top of it! The staff and other residents staying were so nice. The property is towards the back, so it is quiet and peaceful. Thank you for a much need relaxing trip! Will see you soon!

It’s was an overall great trip . We stayed in the room 221 , at 4:30am we were awaken to the constant water flow noise of the a/c which usually in other hotels were subtle however it was extremely loud . The bed was comfortable and clean

I booked a hotel for 2 days via Expedia and expected to pay around $300. The pet fee $100 was never mentioned even when my husband spoke with them on the phone to confirm the reservation. Not only that, but they overcharged me and never explained any additional fees. On top of it, it was impossible to open the door, very poorly done so sometimes it took 5 attempts to finally get in the room. I am still waiting to get my money back, Definitely not coming back. Poor service especially considering it was my birthday.

We did want to bring to your attention that while we are a pet friendly property, there is a fee due to additional cleaning that has to be done after our 4 legged friends leave, this is noted on the hotel's website and Expedia as well.
