This a cute cottage, very clean. There is beach access for the neighborhood, but it’s about a 7 minute walk. Great for a smaller group!

Nice House for Small Group

My husband and I spent a week after Christmas with our family at Cape’n It Reel. Nice home. Easily accessible to the main road. Easy walk to the beach, but glad we weren’t hauling beach gear since it was winter, because of the distance.

TRULY AMAZING!!!

This is one of the best, most cozy, beautiful beach homes I have stayed at. It was such a short and nice little walk through the neighborhood to the beach (maybe 2-4 mins max) - very convenient if you forget something at the house! The lay out was so open and great and very clean and welcoming. The board games were a great thing to have on a night in! There was a BBQ place right behind that was so nice to walk to and super delicious! Also, across the street was an amazing paved path for running, walking, biking etc. that was fantastic. Everything about this place was truly amazing and well thought out for the experience of the visitor. I cannot wait to go back to Port St. Joe and stay here again! Super convenient to everything you could possibly want to do while visiting!

Great dog friendly house!

Location is great! Near the walking path and next door to a great eatery. Just a short walk to the beach and there was a wagon on premises to help haul our beach gear. Gorgeous furnishings and wonderfully stocked kitchen; there were all the pots and pans and cooking utensils needed! (Better quality than at home) We appreciated the washer and dryer and used them daily!

Just like the pictures!

Property was new and clean, with the exception of one bedrooms sheets. We were told prior to our arrival that the dishwasher had an error code and was not working. We usually hand wash in general so not a huge problem. Someone did show up to look at it but it was not fixed before we left. Great location, short drive into Cape San Blas and Port St. Joe.
