Brand new to the rental market (August 2023) located on the northern most end of Cape San Blas in gated Secluded Dunes and 12 houses from the T.H. Stone Memorial Park where you can walk for 8+ miles on the white sandy beach. Open, comfortable high end furnishings and uncluttered, this is one of the best beach views on the Cape, not only from the open living space but from 2 gulf front bedrooms (new smart TVs), and the roadside deck for sunrise, as well. This one-level 3 bedroom 2 bath home is the PERFECT spot to getaway with friends and family. Outdoor showers, waves, nature, turtle nests, quiet, and great food (oysters, shrimp, fish, and more!) nearby!

This is a comfortable house and perfect for my husband, our dog and me.We have stayed at several rentals in Cape San Blas and this was one of our favorites. The house was neat and clean and nicely furnished with tasteful decor. Beds were comfortable and access to the beach very convenient. We would absolutely plan to visit again.

Amazing Cape Stay

This was an amazing stay on the cape right on the beach. My friends and I had a great time, loved the location, house, and the huge deck was awesome as well. Secluded dunes is my favorite area to stay on the cape, and would highly recommend this property to anyone and everyone who wants to have a great time.

Perfect location!!

This was our first time to the Cape and we will be back! The home is literally steps from the sand and ocean and pets are welcomed making it the perfect spot for the whole family. The only suggestion I have would be to have a covered (or partial even) Covered porch to be able to sit out during storms and still be able to enjoy the waves.

Will stay here again!

The house was located in what we consider the best part of the island and was in a gated community as well. It could not have been closer to the beach and is well designed with an open floor plan with a HUGE deck. The deck had a gate which was helpful since our dog just wanted to stay on it the whole time we were there when she wasn’t down on the beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all a nice size and everything was very clean. The beach is wide at this location so no one is on top of each other. We hope to stay at this house again as it really was perfect for our family.
