「Incredible. We loved our stay so much. Wonderful staff.」

「A nice hotel one block up from the water. The room was nice and clean, and quiet. I liked the sitting room. There is a nice garden area to enjoy a glass of wine, coffee, or a snack from the attached shop. There are many restaurant options within walking distance. The only drawback was that you need to pay for parking.」

「This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. It does not take six hours to clean a unit. Also, the stay requires a download of an app, but we did not receive check in information (just an email with a broken link) so...

「It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist. We had numerous calls trying to get someone to help us and everyone informed us they couldn’t help us until 4 o’clock when we could use a code that would be emailed to us privately to get into the hotel. Then we would need additional codes to get into a...

「Avoid an unpleasant experience and consider other lodging options. This is an aging, poorly maintained property with outdated amenities. The linens were ripped, the towels had holes, and there was no air conditioning—only old fans. The front desk staff was inattentive and lacked basic customer service skills. Overall, the property did not meet reasonable expectations for comfort or hospitality.」

「Not enough staff. Building is musty smelling. Room bathroom had separate door with window to hallway. Room didn't have a microwave. Took 90 minutes to get checked in. Puke on lobby floor. Entire town smells terrible. Go to a nicer place in Washington than this.」

「Phenomenal 4th fl. room and view. On site restaurant was excellent. Sorry that i only could stay 1 night. Great staff and history of the building was very interesting.」

「The property was beautiful. Felt secluded and peaceful. Cell coverage was minimal and no tv in the room.」

「Everything is so wonderful and the family enjoy the stay so much. The only complain is probably the bed is kind of aged and too soft such that we all felt a little bit shoulder pain after waked up in the morning. By the way, the resort's Fireside restaurant is strongly recommended for future guests. The view, atmosphere, service, and the food are all excellent. 」

「The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was OK. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out-of-order and the pool had a crazy zig-zag shape so I couldn't do laps. I'd probably stay there again but call to see if the hot tub was functioning first.」

「The rooms were outstanding, big and spacious, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom is very spacious. The restaurant was awesome....service slightly slow but that was due to number of customers....the food was great. Overall wonderful place to stay」
