L'état des lieux devraient être fait en présence des locataires.

Très bel appartement. Fonctionnel pour personnes valides et jeunes (la baignoire pas très pratique pour les personnes ayant des difficultés). Dommage que pour accéder à la terrasse, il fallait passer par la chambre ce qui n'était pas indiqué sur l'annonce. Nécessiter de réactualiser l'annonce. Il était indiqué parking gratuit sur la place de la Castellane alors qu'ils étaient payant. Côté positif très bonne écoute de l'agence qui a su être réactif lors de notre arrivée après avoir signalé que l'appartement était sale.

appartement bien équipé à proximité du port. la troisième "chambre" avec 3 couchages, n'est pas réellement une chambre, mais plutôt une zone isolée du salon par une cloison, sans porte. Les 3 lits sont superposés
