Lovely staff, nice pool, good singers. Suggestions would be to have a larger area to hang towels, exhaust fan in bathroom, pool or table tennis indoors. I still give them 5 stars overall, very happy and would stay there again. Shout out to Edna, she was lovely (as were all the staff).

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Resort. We were able to get interconnected rooms for our family of five and this worked out well. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and all the little spots to relax, and the staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Buffet breakfast was reliable - pizzas at the pool were fantastic and we loved the fire show! Only real downside was the location, a shuttle service to and from town would have been helpful, as the independent taxi driver service was a little hit or miss. We did walk to the supermarket which was doable, but did feel a bit isolated - that said, it was quiet and had a relaxing outlook over the lagoon as a result of its location.

Just left holiday inn after spending 2 nights on Moso for our first trip to Vanuatu. From check in to departure, the staff couldn’t do enough to help, every single employee we came across was welcoming and kind. While the hotel is older the room was spotlessly clean and the food portions extremely generous. We would pick Vanuatu over the commercial vibe of Fiji and very single time. Special thank you to Edna who assisted us with check out. You’re an asset to the hotel and so is every single one of the food and beverage ladies. The creature comforts of a holiday inn, with the island hospitality that we have fallen in love with.

Great accommodation with lots of activities especially for families. Staff were fantastic especially David in the activities team. Downside was the food and you can't snorkel from the resort, but it does say that on the website.

The staff are beautiful and helpful. The property is dated and needs upgrading, the bed in our room was rock hard. The pool area is wonderful and provides tennis, kayaks, cabana’s, massive pool and many more activities. Certainly a good place if you have children.
