Hi Suvi, Thank you for your feedback.We apologies what you are experiencing. If it is not what you are expecting. For the cockroaches we can have housekeeping spray in your room. For dirty sheets, please give reception a call and we can have the maids change it for you. As our maids are in from 8am - 5pm.For the sunbeds, this was mentioned to you buy one of our staff earlier, management is looking into it. You are not the first one who is asking for these sun beds. So it is on our list to look into it and hopefully soon.Should there be anything further please do not hesitate to let us know or call reception.Thank you very much:)

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback.We apologies for the Front Office issue with the late check out and phone calls. For Late Check Out, that would depend on the availability, we can do late check out but we also have late check out fee which is complied to all the guest. Otherwise we also have 2 luggage room at the reception area to keep the luggage and we can give you a room later ( depending on availability ) to refresh before going to the airport. For the phone calls - please understand we can do a call in regards to booking or transfer but all calls is charged to guest for personal calls. Otherwise if this is not paid by guest, our reception team will end up paying for this. One call would just usually cost around VT 80 - 120 p/minute.Thank you for your understanding with us on this. For a next booking we are happy to assist you with a late check out. Please send us an email or note on your booking to let us know. and we can have something arranged.Thank you.Reservations Team
