「Wow! Did we ever enjoy our stay at the Port Hotel. The whole experience was really neat! I never got to meet her in person but everyday Niocole came and left a nice message for us all on the whiteboard so we know they were keeping watch but nothing was needed. The room had it all and it was a great time. Thank you Port Hotel!」

「The property appears to be under new management, and we had a great experience during our stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and greeted my family right away. They were polite, attentive, and consistently checked in to see if we needed room cleaning or any extra amenities, which made us feel very welcomed. 「I stay here all the time, so long term problems are noticeable. I was last here over two weeks ago and the pool and hot tub were broken then. Two weeks later, still broken. I’d call first to find out if everything is working 」

Another thing was the first time I stayed me and my partner went to the stores when we came back there was ants that looked like they were coming from a corner of the wall we thought this was a one time thing until it happened the second time there 」

「There is NOT a hot tub as advertised on the website. The hotel is under renovation, supplies piled in the hallway. The common areas were very dusty, so much that you could write your name in the dust on top of a table next to the elevator. The faux plant was also covered in dust. There was no mention of the hotel being under renovation on the hotel website. This would have been nice to know ahead of time especially for those people who suffer from allergies and respiratory issues.」

「The hotel is the vicinity of Grafton town. I feel very convenient as it is close to my company by only taking 10 mins ride. The hotel suite is so big, clean, tidy and confortable. Free wi-fi internet connection is provided, convenient for business traveler. However, the comparatively slow speed of Internet acces in that hotel should be improved. And the room along the highway seems a little bit noisy.」
