"The only thing about this hotel that is beneficial is the walking distance to Universal Studios otherwise, there’s not really a whole lot around. The hotel is currently under renovations which we were unaware of so there was not really any food options and you had limited times you could order food through room service. I had unexpected charges put on my room that were not mine that I’m currently trying to deal with"

"great place to take kids and feel safe. only downfall was the convenient store on the property. I wish there was some food there to easily purchase for kids. there was only cookies."
