「I feel the staff is excellent. They have been very helpful. The staff has been very helpful especially in my situation of being in between selling and finding a new residentence to call home. Especially having to deal with my animals as well.」

「Typical Motel. It’s clean and price is right」

「The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything about our stay was great. The one thing we did not like was our bathroom. The shower floor was even with the bathroom floor, but the shower curtain was short. Since it did not go all the way down to the floor, our bathroom floor got very wet.」

「Parking was my only issue as I have trouble walking ans carrying things.」

「Great stay. Love being by the creek.」

「We had a wonderful stay. It’s such a cute little cottage! Very clean and Gwen (the host) is so nice! We went end of December and it was really cold so we didn’t get to enjoy all of the outdoor amenities, but it was nice. The site does say that it sleeps 4, but there is only one king bed… for those traveling with more people. Also, they do have WIFI, but no TV. 」

「Applebutter Inn is a breath of fresh air! The historic and cozy building is a welcome change from chain hotels. Julie is so kind and hospitable, we felt like old friends by the time we left. We were all charmed by her companion, Chiquita Banana, who is the sweetest pup you'll ever meet! Our room was immaculate and comfortable. We hope to make it back to Slippery Rock some day, and will definitely stay at Applebutter Inn again!」
