「Pleasant stay, Kernow House was as advertised and communication from the owners for key locations, etc were great. Location wise, it's in town, so don't expect view, but it a very convenient, short walk from the Harbour which what we wanted. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but otherwise good」

「A lovely, quiet and private location. The pod is compact and well appointed, with a lovely modern feel. Very well presented and some lovely welcoming touches. Communication was great from initial contact through to the welcome on arrival. Parking is up the road but only a couple of minutes walk. Highly recommended. 」

「The hotel allows children to use the indoor pool only between 9am - 10am and between 3pm - 4 pm. We couldn’t find that information when we booked, and the member of staff at the reception didn’t advise us that when we asked about the availability of the indoor pool with my daughter. It was disappointing. The hotel itself and general services were nice.」

「We only stayed the one night, so didnt get chance to use the facilities. Although we didnt have a dog, there was plenty of evidence that the hotel was very dog friendly. We had a very nice double room on the ground floor. It was clean and welcoming. There was a variety of chairs to sit on. Much more comfy than squatting on the side of the bed. The bathroom was also spotlessly clean with a lovely walk in shower and a bath. Lovely large white fluffy bath towels. Our stay came with a breakfast,...
