「Fab as always our October half term annual trip, unfortunately the end of season was a little earlier this year so we had to cut our trip a little shorter than usual. Big thank you to the kids club staff! 10/10 service by all staff members.」

「This resort and hotel are really only geared up for good weather, and it was mixed in the week we spent here. When the sun was shining it was lovely but there isn't much to do in Portinatx when it isn't (public transport is limited). It also might have been better to go earlier in the season (we were 6 - 13 Oct), as within the hotel it felt like some things were running out and not being replaced, and many restaurants were closed. Overall, a nice trip but the quality of the hotel didn't match...

「Prettig en behulpzaam personeel, deels liggend direct aan het strandje van portinatx. Prima buffet ontbijt en heerlijke krokante kipstukjes aan de bar bij het zwembad. Ruime kamers en prima bedden. 」

「Jättebra läge med fantastisk utsikt över bukten och solnedgången. Nära till strand och restauranger och affärer. Hotellet känns gammalt och och har inte fått så mycket kärlek senaste åren. Hårda sängar och plastmöbler på balkongen. Men inget som skulle få oss att välja annat hotell. Fortfarande prisvärt!」

「Super toller Aufenthalt für den Day-Club mit David Guetta. Wir konnten beim Einchecken das Zimmer mit der besten Sicht wählen und sie war super. VIP-Bereich war gestern. Perfektes Frühstück mit sehr grosser Auswahl」

「The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of
the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza」
