“The property was relatively quiet with a great view. The complimentary breakfast was decent enough but with very limited options. The menu was a bit pricey. A tv and a little fridge would've been a very nice addition to the room which was basic. Didn't like that the pool had a deep end because it was hard to relax when I'm constantly watching the kids. Rooms do need some attention to make more accommodating. Two underutilized areas were the pool bar and general bar area. The general bar area had……

“Excellent hotel for a quiet stay. Very nice rooms and excellent views. The website and marketing information should make it clear that staying at the property may be difficult for some people as walking the property will require guest to go up and down a number a steps.”

“The property is perfectly located next to blue lagoon and the resort is beautiful. It could use some maintenance was a bit dusty, needed some refurbishing. There wasn’t any toiletries as the bookings saiid or the free boat ride so that should be updated. It is hard to get in contact with someone on site when needed. There is someone that pops in from time to time but no number to call. That would be nice to have. TVs don’t connect to wifi or have channels either. All in all it was a nice spot……

“I get it that this property is a sustainable eco resort. But that said, there were some design and layout aspects of the room (hut) where we stayed that are quite uncomfortable and could even be downright dangerous. We stayed in a 2 level hut. One of the beds was at the lower level, and the bathroom/ toilet is on an open plan across from the bed. So one person would be lying or sitting up in bed and another could be using the toilet, with hardly any partition between them. More dangerous is the……
