「I did not receive my check-in information until a few hours before check-in time and after emailing the hotel. This was quite disconcerting. The fact that it is a self check-in process was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were too soft for my liking. The only toiletries in the bathroom were 6 or 8 small bottles of shampoo and a bottle of hand wash. Some shower gel would have been nice. Overall a good stay. It was lovely lying listening to the water when we opened the...

「This property's staff are a credit not only to the hotel but to themselves they are genuinely brilliant. We have stayed in highend hotels all over the world but they lack the friendly want to help touch. Although this is not high end hotel its very clean and the staff make up for everything else.
