「Supposed to be a 4 star hotel but a number of issues imo. Only one lift for a large hotel seems poor. You need to drop off your bags from the car at the entrance as otherwise there are steps to negotiate from the car park. The bar restaurant is frankly very poor in terms of noise and quality of food which arrived so quickly that it was obviously not freshly cooked and was pretty tasteless. There are numerous reviews highlighting this but nothing appears to have been done about it. The main...

「Ein durch und durch angenehmen Aufenthalt. Alles Top. Wir empfehlen weiter und kommen gerne zurück. Hervorragend Service / gutes Bett und schöne Ambiente.」

「Comfortable, clean, nice staff for a three star hotel what more could you ask for. One question why would you serve fish and chips on charcuterie boards for the love of god wise up and put on plates lol was nicely done fish be proud of that.」

「The room and staff were lovely. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The only downside in service was transportation. This is not a place to go to without a car. Left-side driving an issue for newcomers. The water shutdown on the 15th was such an inconvenience for my daughter who uses the gym before breakfast. Unable to shower until late afternoon. Horrible!」

「Room came with a wonderful breakfast. All staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Room was as expected for a reasonable rate.」

「Fantastic hotel. We love our stay here」

「Very friendly, attentive staff. The garden view suite was very large, beautifully decorated and furnished, however it had not been thoroughly dusted or vacuumed. 「房间比较简陋，只是为了休整住一晚，毛巾比较旧，服务人员态度热情，早餐还可以。」

「Great location and really good food in the restaurant」

「Place is old. Bathroom had a major leak in the tub. I didn’t know until I got out of the shower and stepped in a giant puddle. The water was discolored and had sediments in it. Staff was rather unfriendly in comparison to the rest of people I dealt with while visiting the country. Didn’t help me much. Can hear people in hall and in rooms next door way too loud. Walls and doors aren’t sound proof. My refrigerator didn’t work.」

「Perfectly located for getting around town. Comfortable rooms.」

「Beautiful setting, plenty of parking, well equipped & comfortable rooms, good menu, local beers. We would stay here again.」

「My father had lovely time lovely staff and food with thanks」
