    Description: raised ground floor with independent entrance. Entrance into a private courtyard equipped with table, chairs and awning - welcoming living room with sofa, dining table and kitchenette with dishwasher - large bedroom with double bed - second bedroom with two single beds - complete bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine. Air conditioning in the living area, mosquito nets and wi-fi.

    Very central apartment with elegant floors, high ceilings and wood paneling.

    Small pets allowed.

    The price includes:

    - rental
