Located 300 meters from the magnificent Santa-Giulia beach in the Bella Vista residence.

This duplex apartment is composed as follows: a main room with kitchenette and living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will find a bedroom opening onto a terrace with a sea view.

The plus of this apartment: Access to the beach on foot and two terraces, one of which is equipped with a barbecue, offering you a beautiful sea view.

Please note that the apartment is located near a bar/restaurant organizing lively evenings during the season.
