Villa Riacciu, comprising 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, sleeps 9. Private pool and parking. If you dream of turquoise waters and fine sandy beaches, this villa is undoubtedly your ideal destination. Indeed, its strategic location provides privileged access to the most beautiful beaches on the island, such as Palombaggia, Cala Rossa, and the famous Santa Giulia, as well as to the town center of Porto-Vecchio (5 minutes by car). All rooms are air-conditioned. The villa consists of four bedrooms for a total of 9 beds: 1 master bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed, walk-in shower, and private terrace. 2 bedrooms with a 140x200 cm bed and a shared shower room. One of the bedrooms is accessible from the terrace. 1 children's bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed and a 90x200 cm bunk bed, and its own walk-in shower. A baby cot can be added (on request). The villa is semi-detached and includes a separate apartment below. All rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a living room with a dining area and TV corner. The house also has a pantry and a washing machine. Shops nearby (5 min by car): Shopping center, supermarket, bakery, restaurants, butcher, tobacconist, grocery store, market etc... For everyone's well-being, we ask you to respect the neighborhood in the evening after midnight. Charging cars during your stay is not included in the price. The concierge service fee (check-in/check-out inventory and check-out cleaning (estimated at 6 hours)) is mandatory. Additional hours will be charged to tenants if the cleaning rules are not followed. This fee of €200 is payable directly on-site to our service provider.
