“I love the location, it was great. Right across from the ocean. But the facility itself needs an upgrade in the rooms. Old beds, but they were comfortable. Old blankets and spreads.... We never got the TV in the front room to work... it turned on but it wouldn't move to any channels. We're lucky they had one in the bedroom... but if they upgrade Id saty again. But what I experienced this visit.. it wasnt worth the money I paid!!”

“Property was very nice for solo traveler or couple. Check in was TERRIBLE. Host was no help at all. I had to contact vrbo support in order to get the code for the lock box. Which turned out I was at the wrong door and the host simply left the key in the door. But I would've known this if they responded or communicated at all.”

“It was a nice hidden affordable gem just steps from the beach! the property was well maintained and the best part was it was close to a local bar (recommend getting the small chicharrones) a breakfast place right behind and a market 2 minutes away walking, Eagle beach is only 15 mins away by car.11/10 would stay here again. Highly recommend if you are looking for basic amenities and want to get away from the touristy area. Local are very nice.”

“Amazing property EXACTLY as pictured. The view is amazing.There was a slight ant problem but just make sure you don’t leave food out and you’ll be fine. Very happy I choose this place. Parking was easy. I enjoyed being away from the resorts and heavily populated tourist beaches 10/10 highly recommend! The bed wasn’t really comfortable so a mattress topper would really make the place perfect!”

“This place was a home away from home. Simple and quaint!! Marie and John were wonderful host. They shared local favorites for restaurants and beaches. Told us where to snorkel with turtles and what were things we had to do while there. We suggest you rent a car as you are away from the tourist area but that is exactly what we wanted. The beach out front did not disappoint. You can still drive a short distance to get to all the hustle and bustle and the tourist attractions and then return back……

“The location was absolutely perfect. The view was stunning. The unit itself met our needs however the bed was extremely hard. “This is a wonderful place to stay and the hosts so gracious. We have booked here 4-5 times and is directly on Mango Halto beach. There is a near by party store and food truck. Both San Nicholas and the resort area are near by, you will need a car and driving is easy. We particularly enjoy a more local feel and is quieter and less busy than the resort area. If you like to explore on your own, find local food, grill, fish, snorkel right out front, this place is for you don't hesitate.”

Across the street there is a dock that you can sit on but there is not truly a beach area where one can go relax and lay in the sun in the sand. The property is nice but is practically in the backyard of the airport so there is a constant sound from large jets arriving and departing Aruba. The property does provide towels but you only get 2 to start. You can ask for fresh towels but if you want fresh towels every day you might have……
