Beautiful Views!

This place is exactly as described, very clean, beautiful views and roomy. The communication is perfect and they meet you at property at your convenience. There are a lot of steps with luggage and I wish the listing mentioned hiring a porter as I would have secured that ahead.

Stayed two nights in July. Beautiful home right in the middle of town, very accessible for shopping, dinner, and the beaches! Clean, quaint, and spectacular views. Great communication with owners as well, made the visit super easy and accommodating for our big group.

Excellent Stay

We loved our time in Positano, in part because of Casa Nica. The home was beautiful, clean, and in a great location (in the heart of Positano and within a relatively quick walk to the beach). And the host was communicative and responsive to any requests we had. I’d highly recommend this spot for visitors.

We were very impressed with everything about Casa Nica! From the moment we met David [the property manager] with the key; he was so very helpful and welcoming! It is hard to know exactly what you are getting from pictures over the internet, but we were so pleasantly surprised with everything!! I would highly recommend!

Heaven

This property was just perfect for my trip with my two adult daughters. It was 134 steps up to the place from the road which isn't very much for Positano. We used luggage porters (10 euros/bag) to get our bags there but were fine on our way down. Great central location, easy access (walking) to the marina, and shops. It was cooler but sunny/light because it is tucked away a little bit and felt very safe. The manager/owner was super helpful in the check in/out process and it was a perfect get away for us as we used it as a home base for our adventures. There is a king-ish sized bed, a twin bed with twin trundle and a pull out couch. It was a cute little place and perfect for our vacation, would definitely recommend.
