Casa Nica is a characteristic and welcoming independent house located in the center of Positano. It sleeps six people. From Casa Nica you will enjoy a characteristic view of the valley and of the greenery. Casa Nica is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 100 meters (330 feet), a grocery store at 200 meters (660 feet), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus Positano - Praiano line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Spiaggia Grande di Positano) at roughly 600 meters (660 yards). You will reach Casa Nica walking past a main entrance gate and going up a short route that includes approximately 120 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Nica. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

Terrace
The terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a pleasant view of the greenery.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are bright and agreeable. The furnishings include a sofa, two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through two French doors. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The kitchen has a window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches) and a pull-out single bed (80 cm/32 inches). In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid light-blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
