All the staff went above and beyond their duties to ensure our experience was the ultimate dream vacation. The room was very clean, and breakfast had a perfect amount of variety to choose from. Again the staff made the whole experience at the hotel top notch and memorable.

You must stay here when visiting Positano. The accommodations are clean, beautiful and have the best views. But most importantly is the staff. Everyone working here are the nicest people you will meet.

The views alone would make this hotel unforgettable: mountains and ocean stretching out before you, shifting colors with every hour of the day. Dinner beneath the stars was pure magic—beautifully prepared food, a peaceful setting, and the night sky all around us. Then came the sunrise: golden light spilling over the mountains as the ocean shimmered below. It was the kind of place that makes you slow down, take it all in, and wish you could stay longer.

I loved Hotel Montemare. We had a spacious room with a beautiful view and deck. On our deck we had a hot tub, lounge chairs and a patio table. We loved spending time outside on the deck enjoying the views. It did get noisy later at night because there was a hotel bar right above where we stayed. The staff was super friendly. Every spot in the hotel had beautiful views of Positano! We could walk about 350 stairs to the beach area of Positano, which was convenient (and a workout!). The breakfast was super delicious! Amazing location and wonderful experience overall.

We've stayed at a lot of hotels, but Hotel Montemare is in a league of its own. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff made us feel genuinely cared for. The service was the best we've ever experienced. It's the little touches that made it unforgettable: coming back each evening to find a bottle of champagne chilling in our fridge, and ending our days in the hot tub watching the sun go down over the ocean. Thank you to the whole team for making our time in Positano so special. We'll be back. 🇮🇹
