Everything about this stay was great! It started with thoughtful and timely communication with the owner. Very helpful providing a reliable contact for transportation to/from the airport in Naples. We even booked them for a private tour in the region. The check in process with Maria was smooth and easy, and she provided great recommendations for meals. The property is in a great location!! Restaurants and shopping steps away, and quick access to the beach. The view from the balcony is spectacular! We will definitely stay here again if we are fortunate to make our way back to Positano!

Had a fantastic time. Great balcony with incredible view! Had a great time and would definitely stay again. Would have liked a few extra towels, and enough toilet paper for the whole week….but difintelu top notch!

Casa Ligea was the perfect place to stay for our 7 day visit to Positano. Pierpaolo, Maria Dolores and all their team were excellent from the moment we inquired about the property. The apartment is clean, extremely comfortable with an exceptional view. The walk to the town is fast (albeit a hill !) and there are excellent restaurants along the street so no need to go to the bustling square if you want something quiet. There is a lovely local shop close by for food supplies. Or have a cocktail at Le Sirenuse next door. Wish we could have stayed longer but hopefully will be back !

We thought We Were In A Dream

Positano is a place that almost doesn't seem real for the first couple of days. You see pictures and videos, but when you are there, you are in a DayDream. This apartment, it's location, it's view of the Mediterranean and the mountains surrounding Positano was like waking up in a Dream.

Amazing apartment!

The pictures in the listing don’t do this place justice! It’s so spacious and in such an excellent location! We spent every night on the balcony enjoying the sights and sounds. Will definitely return!

What a View!

We recently stayed in this villa, and we were delighted by the location, building security, owner's communication, and the comfort of the home. The terrace was larger than expected and provided a beautiful view of the water, and equally beautiful was being able to enjoy the view of the hillside. At night all the hillside homes were lite-up and the view lovely. The location is outstanding. Easy walk to everything. The villa is comfortable with 2 bedrooms. A bit limited in seating in the living room and perhaps it might be good to replace the sofa. All in all this was a wonderful place to stay!

Spectacular!

The location and condition of this property were simply spectacular! We were in the heart of Positano with everything within walking distance. The view from the balcony was fabulous! The apartment was spotlessly clean. We could walk to restaurants, shops, and ferry within seconds to minutes, and yet within the apartment it was quiet and private. Traveling on the Amalfi coast can be tricky and expensive , so it was particularly important to be next to the heart of the town. This place was perfect, and the property manager was wonderful and so very helpful!! 10/10!!

Beautiful place with great views

Perfectly located close to town center, beaches, shops, restaurants, behind the beautiful church. Breathtaking views, clean and unique floorplan apartment/townhouse with big balcony. Secure entrance, very private, well maintained. Maria Dolores is a sweetheart. I arrived late but she waited for me and took her time to introduce me to the unit and show all ins and outs of the property. I’d definitely stay at this property again if I ever come back to Positano. Thank you.

Very nice!

We loved our stay! The view is amazing and the location was perfect. Walk to shopping and restaurants was easy. The kitchen is small, so if you plan to do much cooking...keep your menu simple. We would definitely stay again!

A fabulous spot steps from the beach

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It is just steps from all the action, yet still quiet and lovely. We travelled as a family of 4 and the space was super comfortable with all that we needed. Thanks and see you again in a few years!

Couldn’t have been better.

Perfect location just a short distance to the town centre and beach. Balcony overlooking the bay. Good job we trained for all the steps up and down plus the steepish narrow roads. Well worth it though. Would definitely book this place again. Two bedrooms and bathrooms was a big plus for us as well.

Wonderful property!

We very much enjoyed staying at this property in Positano. The view from the patio is so beautiful, The apartment was spacious and centrally located in town. We dined at host recommended restaurants and they were great. We especially appreciated the back stairs to the beach as well as the host’s help in securing a private transfer taxi to and from the property, it made it so easy. Positano adventure

Enjoyed the property very much. Very convenient to everything you’ll need or want. Since we stayed for 25 days we found a lovely market, butcher shop and cafe all within a short walk. Our dream was to stay in Italy and live like the local Italians do and our stay in Positano and the villa fulfilled that dream. I would highly recommend staying here if your dream is the same as the one we had.

Great views and location

We had a wonderful stay in a perfect location in Positano. The ride transfers were arranged for us by Mme Assunta and we were oriented to the villa by Maria Dolores. We had a drive with our guide Luigi along the Amalfi Coast and stopped in Amalfi and Ravello. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and the view is unforgettable. The steps to the villa were not difficult to maneuver. We enjoyed our private walk to the beach. I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants to spend time in Positano.

The Best Location

This is our second time in Positano and I'm so glad I found PierPaolo's villa! It was the best 10 days of our vacation. The house was very comfortable for 5 people (4 adults and 1 child). It has a small functional kitchen (that I thought was cute and very Italian), it has a laundry machine, and among other things. We enjoyed making breakfast everyday and eating at the balcony and watching the boats from afar and hearing the birds sing. The villa is literally right next to one of the most expensive hotels in Positano which is Le Sirenuse. It's about 1 minute going up to the main road and less than 5 minutes down to the main beach. We also had a toddler so having all the necessity that we needed for a comfortable vacation was very important to us and PierPaolo was so nice to provide us with single bed which fits in the bigger bedroom perfectly! There is a grocery store (Delicatessen) nearby, about less than 5 minute walk and a butcher nearby as well. The restaurants and shopping stores are within a walking distance. Maria-Dolores greeted and checked us in. PierPaolo was also able to set up a car service to picked us up at Naples Airport. We were able to use the same company for our 1 day excursions to Naples and Sorrento. Luigi (our driver) was so good at explaining things and ensuring we enjoyed our experience. Thank you, PierPaolo! We are most definitely looking forward to booking your place again next time we come back to Positano!
