Freshly upgraded and spacious air conditioned home in desirable Post Falls neighborhood. 30 minutes from Spokane airport and 10 minutes to Coeur d'Alene. Black Bay Beach Park on Spokane River, and boat launch at Q' Emlin Park is 7 minutes away. Silverwood Theme Park is 30 minutes away. Our comfortable and welcoming home is your next vacation destination!
Open floor plan is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 adults plus children on couches. Master suite with King bed, other 2 bedrooms with Queen beds; the Master suite includes a large soaking tub plus shower.
Amenities: Washer & dryer, 2 car garage, indoor fireplace, outdoor living space with seating around a fire table, gas grill BBQ.
You'll discover abundant year-round recreation close by - Lake Couer d'Alene and Spokane River offer boating, sailing, wakeboarding and fishing. Lush golf courses are within minutes, including the famous Couer d'Alene Golf Course with a floating green. Nearby ski and snowboarding areas include Schweitzer, Spokane Mtn, and Silver Mtn. The Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes is a favorite bike ride along the old train route, and you'll find many other biking and hiking trails as well. And if you're headed to Silverwood Theme Park, our home is a great place to refresh and rest after your day of recreation!
The quaint resort town of Coeur d'Alene includes many great restaurants, cafes, and local shops. The Post Falls dining scene has exploded recently with new culinary delights to explore! Post Falls Brewing Company and Up North Distillery are some great local hangouts to check out. You'll also find many waterfront or neighborhood parks and playgrounds in the area.

Great place for a great vacay

The house was as advertised and was clean and functional. Everything worked. The owner was very responsive to a few minor issues. We would use the property again if we want back to the area. It's about a 15 minute drive to Coeur d'Alene, but always enjoyable to get to town. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and green, lots of places to walk or bike. Two nice public golf courses are within 15 minutes.

Two days of relaxed comfort. House was well laid out; beds were comfortable. After touring much of the Pacific Northwest it was nice to stay in a real home. We would surely stay again if we find ourselves back in Coeur d’Alene.

We were in town for our family reunion and my brother lives in Post Falls This house was the perfect location from his house. It was clean and perfect for the adult kids to go home to hang out a little later. They loved the fire pit. We will definitely be back!!!!

Even though we were in Post Falls to visit family (8 grandkids!) and spent minimal time in the house we rented, we considered it our home away from home. Quiet, relaxing, and comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Comfortable clean home

The property is a clean, cute house located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. My bed was comfortable. The AC was much welcomed in the 100 degrees temperature. The BBQ was convenient for meals. Our chef said it was a nice grill and easy to control the temperature. When we encountered a problem with the lock, the host was prompted to respond. Overall it was a wonderful stay. The only thing I wished for was more bowls (4 were not enough for our party of 8.)

Perfect for us

We had our 2 kids and 2 grandhildren with us. We found some great local eating places and enjoyed the area. We want to come back again. As the boy is 10, soon he will want his own bed instead of sharing with his sister, but for now, we were ok. Not much staples but we weren't cooking much son it didn't matter. Good supply of pans and pots if we did.

A fantastic stay!!!

We booked this property for 5 nights and enjoyed every moment! From arriving at the house, it's in a wonderful, clean, quiet neighborhood. Curb appeal is great, but then stepping in the front door it got even better! Light scent for air freshener was wonderful, open, airy, light and very clean! The house is spacious and provided us with 3 bedrooms which were wonderful! Everyone had their own space. The beds are comfy, the bathroom towels fluffy and nice. We especially liked the great shampoo, conditioner and body soap provided in the 2 showers. What a nice touch!!! Kitchen was well stocked, fridge was amazing with ice maker and water dispenser. Back porch, nice and cozy. Great firepit setup, although we never used it. The location of this house was just perfect for our activities over 5 days! Couldn't have been better! Loved Post Falls, a really nice town with lots of restaurants, stores, etc. I must add, the communication with owners Dave and Brenda was fantastic!!! They were only a text away and responded promptly, although we never had any big issues. This house is most definitely on our list for our yearly return to the Coeur d'Alene area!!!! Thank you hosts for providing a wonderful, clean, safe, comfortable vacation home!

The home met our needs perfectly. It was spacious enough for 5 adults and very comfortable. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The only hiccup was we did run out of toilet paper early on in our stay. Because it was such a busy time for us, we didn't have a chance to reach out to the owner to let him know.

Very nice, clean property in a safe neighborhood.

We very much enjoyed our stay. My wife especially liked how clean the house was. It’s a great location just west of Coeur d’Alene. The house sleeps six comfortably. The additional sleeping arrangements are a couch and love seat. The couches are noted in the property description, but they are neither a sleeper sofa nor a futon as described in the rooms and beds section. The fireplace on the back porch was very relaxing. The owner was very responsive and accommodating.
