During the. summer months, you'll have water access on both. sides of the home and there's plenty of room for jet ski or boat parking, plus public boat launch facilities conveniently located just across the bay. A variety of water toys are provided in the boat house for use during your stay.

The sunlit living area offers an inviting space for family gatherings, with plush seating, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV equipped for toasty home comfort and entertainment. Before dinner, mix up some cocktails or mocktails at the dedicated dry bar - complete with a mini-fridge - to enjoy out on the deck or in the living room. A full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a deluxe gas range, are equipped for easy at-home meal planning. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the modern home essentials.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
