It was a nice place to stay and had enough sitting for us to enjoy our family. One concern is that heating/air conditioning system is operated by the owner and we could not adjust room temperature. We were cold a lot of the time.

Very family and pet friendly, house was clean, the yard and exterior of the house are very run down. It was partially remodeled on the inside, but it's an old house and the pictures make it look fresher than it is. The owners were easy to communicate with, and for what we needed (a place to sleep) it was fine.

Comfortable and inviting

We came to the area for a funeral so the reason for our visit was not fun. The house was clean and inviting and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances so meals were easy. The back patio was a great gathering place. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The fenced backyard made it safe for the dogs as well. The only complaint we could think of was the grass was all dried up and dead but that did not impact our comfort just on observation.

Great place to stay in Post Falls!

We had a great stay here. The house offers so much space for everyone to have a bed. David was excellent at communicating all the details and very quick to respond when we needed a little help. The yard was fun for the kids and would be great for a small dog (we did not bring a pet but appreciated the opportunity to do so). The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials (including generous coffee and tea supplies) and all the pots and pans and dishes we needed. Comfy beds and lots of towels and pillows.Thanks for a great stay!

Great house, super clean, lots of space

We had a big group of family and friends come from Oregon. This house fit all of us perfect. A great neighborhood, the older kids walked and rode bikes to the park a few blocks away. We went to Silverwood a few days and then spent the day at Coeur d'alene Lake. The house is perfectly in the middle of both. Great location. away

Family Vacay

House was clean with lots of space for everyone in our group. Nice deck in the back. We had everything we needed. Loved the neighbourhood. Only addition would be a little table on the back deck for food snd beverages. Overall a nice place to stay.

Post Falls Stay

Overall it was good - there was major miscommunication between VRBO And property manager. Somehow it was missed we were staying for tonight, even though the payment was already processed. The property manager made it work for us, and we appreciated her efforts. Nonetheless, we arrived at Place, without air-conditioning working.

Beautiful location

We chose this location because it had adequate sleeping capacity for two families and was pet friendly. It was great for what we needed. We especially loved sitting on the covered patio and enjoying the view of the forest that was practically in the back yard. It was also nice having a grill so we could grill hamburgers and hotdogs. We also appreciated that there was plenty room for all of us to gather in the living room and dining area. It was also nice to have access to the garage to park our cars. One thing I would advise those considering renting this property to be aware of is there’s really only one “normal” shower. The property description explains that in addition to the regular shower, the master bedroom has a large tub that includes a handheld sprayer that can also be used as a shower. While this is technically accurate, nobody in our group felt comfortable using it as a shower because there’s nothing to hold up the sprayer, so you have to hold it up with your hand, and there are no shower walls - it’s an open tub. So our group of 10 people ended up setting up a schedule to use a single shower, which was a little inconvenient.

Great location

5 minutes from stores and restaurants, 30 minutes from silverwood. We had a family of 10 people and 2 dogs, we had plenty of room. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors friendly.

Family Vacation

This property worked great for our family of 12. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and bedding. We enjoyed the backyard, the deck and the quiet neighborhood!

Peaceful and comfortable

This home was perfect for our recent visit to Post Falls/Coeur d’Alene. Our family of 4 and pets has plenty of room in this very clean home. The area was very pretty and the access and attentiveness of the property manager was fabulous. Would love to stay again.

It worked….

Layout was good, furniture in living room was comfy and inviting. Parts of the home seems to be updated while others were severely out of date and need an upgrade. Beds were comfy but sparse in linens. No top sheets and no extra linens available in the house. The futon in the basement was stained and seemed disgusting. We needed to use it but no sheets were available to cover it properly. We had to use a throw blanket off the upstairs couch. The cleaning list is extensive and they ask you do a majority of the laundry. That made us feel uncomfortable and made us question the cleanliness of the home. Especially the bed linens (comforters/ quilts etc.) The kitchen was rather barren. No coffee, Foil, or other things that you would typically find in a VRBO. We couldn’t get the induction stove to work. We watched YouTube videos and everything else to try to figure it out. We’re thinking they may not have the proper pans for it. The oven is smaller than typical size in a home. It was located in a nice neighborhood and was an easy place to get to and from Silverwood Amusement park.

Relaxing home

We had a very nice relaxing time. Close to Silverwood amusement park. Plenty of room for all of us. Very nice neighborhood and neighbors. Close to stores. Good restaurants near too!
