「It was sufficient for an overnight stay. A little small and was too warm for sleeping comfortably. But probably expected given Texas summers. The recommended eating place Georges Restaurant was excellent. Not ideal for walking a dog given no sidewalks.」

「The bed was sooooo comfortable!」

「Family friendly property with plenty of bedrooms. It was very clean upon arrival. Great proximity to Lake Alan Henry. Plenty of room to park our 2 trucks with ski boat and fishing boat in tow.」

「Very retro.」

「Urban and trendy; perfect for our large family gathering.」

「It was great!」

「From the pictures on the site, I was expecting a secluded large ranch style property with a creek to fish in. The house sits right on the road, neighbors close by. If you want to stay indoors it’s a beautiful house but there is nothing to do outdoors because it was to hot for a campfire for s’mores. Maybe I just had my heart set on a cool creek for fishing. This isn’t on the property and has to be set up ahead of time on a different property.」

「The property is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well stocked with the items you need to cook.」
