"Pool and kids club was amazing. Rooms a bit outdated, tv wasnt working but was quickly replaced by staff, AC was leaking and makin a loud noise, room wasnt cleaned and had to ask a few times before it was cleaned. Shower drain was clogged up but again quickly fixed by staff."
