就在费城奥特莱斯旁边,车程大概10分钟,酒店有点绕,我们入住时候正赶上在修路,导航无解,得随机应变。酒店条件不差,由于在郊外,停车场很宽敞,房间中规中矩,各类设施条件和days的其他连锁店处于中等水平,性价比还可以。

The staff was very nice and accommodating when I needed something, but I’d rather have a clean place to sleep. The hotel was dirty — floors, walls, mattress covers looked like there was poop or blood on them, sheets were stained, all of them! We had to Lysol wipe everything and spray disinfectant on all things we would touch or sleep on…I did make the lady at the front desk aware, and her response was that new management has only been in place for a month, they are doing their best at the moment. They definitely need to hire new cleaners; spend the money, nobody wants to stay in dirt! Also, new management should spend some money for new bedding/comforters for the rooms…our room had two beds and no comforters in place when we arrived, I went down to the desk and they scrambled to come up with only one, and gave us another flat sheet for the other bed, saying they didn’t have any additional comforters to spare. They need to adjust their rates if they’re going to continue on with subpar lodging, imo.

This hotel was filthy! The people working there were friendly enough. It seemed like there were only 5 people who worked at this hotel. There was constant garbage outside of rooms for hours, the carpets were never vaccummed and they constantly left doors to unoccupied rooms ajar, (including ours when we arrived to check in). Needless to say, this was unsettling. The halls were never swept and there was constant food in between vending machines. (Not once cleaned in the two days we were there.) Also, once we got to our room, we found blood stains in the corner our room, blood stains on pillowcases, a huge questionable blood or semen stain on the headboard and pubic hairs in our beds. It was shocking that this is a BEST WESTERN. This hotel was horrifying and if it wasn't for us meeting and connecting with other guests who had equally disgusting rooms, this would have been one or half star review.

I do not like the experience of kiosk check in. I like to talk to an actual person. This only happens on a screen here. I also did not like the $100 hold for incidentals. Im used to this hold being $10 to $50. The outside of the building was updated to look nice but the inside is still the same old stuff.

Room wasnt ready for 3 hours past check in time and then was still filthy at check in. White residue all over furniture and crumbs all over the counters and fridge top. Hallways look as if they havent been vacuumed in months. I was working night shift 12 hour nights and requested to not have housekeeping done so I could sleep...they would still knock and wake me up and try to enter the room no matter how many times I made this request. Overall one of the worst experiences over a couple week stay that Ive ever had and priced higher than many other better local hotels. This place is filthy and staff was horrendous.

Older property that needs a little work. Many people "live" there; some appear to be staff, some were not very pleasant. The kiosk check out system is both convenient for getting keys and such and frustrating trying to understand the person on the monitor.

All the furniture is old, beat up and dirty. The tops of the furniture have gobs of old food and dirty laundry. There are stains that look like blood on the boxspring. Very visible upon entering. Can’t belief I paid for this!!!!

NO WORKING SHOWER - WOULDNT REFUND
Got to the property and the shower in our room didn’t work. Was told there tech was not available and there were no rooms available to change to as they were completely booked and to check back in the morning. Check back in the morning and was told the same thing, no tech and booked so check back in the afternoon after check in time (3pm) to see if a room change was available. Asked for a refund for the one night since I didn’t not have a working shower and was told I have to contact hotels.com. After they called the person told them they could not complete the refund as only the manager was allowed to and would not be back in until Sunday. Checked at 3pm and was finally able to get a room change. Upon check out I asked the manager if they could refund my original one night due to the shower issue. She said to contact hotels.com and then they would call and she would approve. Did so and they rejected the refund request, TWICE. after an hour on the phone with hotels.com and speaking with 4 different people they finally refunded my one night…even though at that point my whole stay should have been refunded. Awful customer service from the Best Western. Hotels.com called on 6 separate occasions and they just kept saying the manager was not available and rejecting the refund electronicly. Absolutely ruined the entire weekend trip for my family.

Bullet proof glass at registration desk disconcerting. Saw bugs on registration desk. Very loud / doors and walls do not block light noise from hallway and other rooms. Was exactly what we needed for our overnight stay on New Year's Eve. Only "compliant" I had was that there were no curtains over the window shades so the lights from the parking lot still peeked through on the top. Other than that, the shades did a good enough job getting the room dark.

I specifically asked for a tub/shower combo! When we walked in the room,no tub! Front desk woman blamed Expedia saying they always overbook rooms. I have a bad neck,my fiancee a bad back so we really need that hot tub soaki g for us to sleep,that was very disappointing. So whos fault was this? Expedia or the motel Best Western? Bet i wont get an answer until i call corporate for both. Other issues,only 1 elevator so you had to stand and wait. No channel guide so your constantly trying to find what you want to watch. You stay at a motel to relax but what some people find as not abig deal can be a very big deal ro some people. You pay 100.00 a night so you want what you asked for.

Last time staying here.
I never received cleaning service even when requested. Breakfast only had meat one of the four days I was there. Had to repeatedly request clean sheets and towels.

Filthy
We were there for 3 nights. No clean towels the entire stay. Hallways and stairwells were filthy. There were bugs in our room. Some sort of beetle. We found a man’s dirty shorts and underwear in our room so no idea how long they had been there. Beds were comfortable but we had to remake them because they put the duvet and the duvet cover under the sheets which was really weird. My parents had the room beside us and theirs was like that too. Breakfast was decent. Not a big selection but a bit of something for everyone. We likely wouldn’t stay here again unless it was cleaned up. I am by no means a fussy guest but I was pretty dirty.

Door was ajar when we got to room. Room was dirty. Towels were washed but dirty. Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were uncomfortable. Room wasn’t made or fresh towels when we got back on 2nd day.

A disappointment
We took this trip as a vacation. The overall smell of curry was pervasive. When we informed the front desk that the ice machine wouldn't work, was told that we could just go to another floor. The continental breakfast was a joke. Was supposed to be from 7am to 10am and the website showed a variety; what was present, at 7:20am, was cold eggs and sausage, no fruits, some ceral, and very little breads. There was a waffle maker though. The refillable containers in the shower were missing but shampoo/conditioner/body lotion was supplied. There was a 24hr request for light cleaning pisted at the front desk.
