「We had an absolutely perfect stay. Even though we were there in the rain the hotel couldn’t have been better. Spotlessly clean even in stairways. Breakfast was excellent and the evening snacks while completely unexpected were top notch. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming right from arrival to checkout and in the cafe. 「Our room was amazing and very clean. The bed was super comfy. The staff made us feel comfortable and helped us with planning our trip to the Kitzbüheler Horn. The hotel offers a free trip to the top of the mountain and I can’t say enough about our experience to the top. Breakfast was great except the coffee. Our coffee was either bitter or lukewarm. 「The staff when I check in is so nice and patient to explain the location and how to stay and ski in the area with great details. I really appreciate. The hotel is easy to access with minutes walk to the beautiful village. The location is very close to the ski area with bus transportation for two stations, or 10 minutes walk. The hotel is nicely decorated, clean and warm. The breakfast is also very nice. I enjoyed the stay. 」

「Excellent breakfast. There was a shuttle bus as promised, but on busy mornings it could not take all skiers. Also, it did not run during the evenings, so you had to take the car to the town for dinner. We had two rooms and one was bigger than the other. Neither room had a desk which made it difficult to work. Nice warm spa area. The parking fee was strange as there is no way to get to the hotel other than by car, there are plenty of space and far from anything else.」

「No kitchen in our room. Room was clean but we only had the cleaner come in twice in 6 nights. View was fabulous. Comfortable bed. Staff was super nice and helpful. My only complaint was that the Expedia site reported that this property has a hot tub but it does not. I am not sure whether the error is on the part of Expedia or the hotel, but I wanted to point that out. 」

「The breakfast was great along with a wonderful staff. It was a perfect location, good ski room with boot heater/dryers for our stuff, and I loved the quaint village of Kirchberg. The only odd thing about the hotel room was the shower… a little learning curve not to get the entire space wet. But we figured it out. Would stay here again.」

My cousin and I needed to keep our bags somewhere while we snowboarded at kitzski, since our checkout time was at 10am, they allowed us to keep our bags in a separate room.
