“A beautiful peaceful retreat! It had everything we needed, the owners thought of everything we would need. I hope to go back! My favorite place was on the dock, or sitting in the closed in porch. We ate all our meals on that porch, played games, and watched the viewI came home refreshed”

“Overall a good stay. Beautiful views. Beds are comfortable. Sectional couch was comfy & big enough for us all to Beach is just steps down & is nice to walk up and down to skip rocks and relax. Kitchen is stocked. Everything works.A hiccup in the plans, which is my own doing - Somehow I missed the “no ac” in the listing before I booked, which I wish I had paid attention to. It’s probably not a big deal most of the months in the year, but it was quite hot this week.”

“Everything about this tiny house is thoughtfully planned with your comfort in mind, from the outdoor games to the farm fresh eggs, the surprisingly decent shower and just the all around tranquility of the space. I've stayed in a lot of cabins and yurts and cottages where the owners claim to care about their guests' experience but this is the only one that smashed it out of the park. Many thanks to these lovely folks for doing it right!”

“This was a nice home to have our family all together! It was clean and had lots of bathrooms. It is situated in a neighborhood. We enjoyed the hot tub, sitting around the pool and sitting on the huge porch. Having access to the garage was helpful. It is maybe a 15-minute bike ride to the town. We enjoyed hiking Sugar loaf mountain and biking the along Lake Superior. It was a 50-minute ride to the Picture Rocks. I ended up leaving some clothes and the Host has been very helpful in getting those……

“We chose Blue Harbor View for our accommodations on our first-ever visit to the UP, and it proved to be an excellent choice. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, and communication with our host, Susan, was outstanding from start to finish. We've stayed in many VRBO properties over the years, and this one stood out by providing so many thoughtful extras that others often overlook.
